Day of Present Bore.

Drake sighed as he turned around, lying flat on the couch, with his head in Scarlet's lap. He looked up at her and smiled faintly.

Scarlet sighed and relaxed, "Have you ever noticed how if you say a word to many times it begins to sound weird? Like juice... juice..." Scarlet continued the day the word juice over and over again.

"Yes, I noticed. " Drake said after a while of listening to her. "Like, the word Who." He said, and then began saying Who over and over again.

"Juice." Scarlet says dragging out the word. "What if a Japanese person got juice tattooed on their arm? I mean Americans get stupid Japanese characters tattooed on... them..." Scarlet stops talking and her face turns into one of awe. "I am going to get the Japanese character for food tattooed on my wrist."

Drake's eyes grew large, and he sat up partially, to where his forehead nearly touched her nose. "Scarlet, that is the best idea ever." He said, and then made eye contact. "Let's do it."

"Alright, I think I saw a tattoo parlor in a town on my way here." Scarlet says, making sure her wallet was in her pocket. She walked towards the garage and rolled Susan out. Scarlet quickly found a picture, put her things in the pouch on her motorcycle and got on, speeding of towards the town.

"Well." Drake said, standing at the front porch, he grabbed his longboard from the garage and started skateboarding into town, his earbuds in.

Soon Scarlet found the shop, and she parked in the parking lot and took off her helmate, Scarlet made her hair settle down, and walked inside. She talks to the lady at the counter, luckily for her they had been having a slow day, so they could do her tattoo. Scarlet smiles and waits for them to get a chair ready.

Drake shows up about five minutes later, partially out of breath. He kicked his board up, catching it in his hand before walking in. "Thanks for the ride." He joked, sticking his tongue out. "I want what she's getting." He said, sitting down beside her.

"Oh matching tattoos? You want it on your waist? Weird... That's a little unmanly..." Scarlet teases, as they call Scarlet back, and she walks back excitedly. Scarlet sits on the chair, and lifts up the side of her shirt, and she begins chatting with the tattoo artist.

"I want it on my forearm." Drake corrected, and the tattoo artist began doing it on his right forearm.

"So what does it mean?" She asks, drawing it on Scarlet. "You really want to know?" Scarlet asks, receiving a nod from the woman. "It means love." Scarlet lies. The tattoo artist laughs an shakes her head, "what does it really mean?" "Food, but close enough right?" Scarlet asks, as the tattooist begin at the tattoo, Scarlet begins to calm herself down, as she distracts herself by mentally counting down from one million.

"You don't have a very high pain tolerence do you Scar?" Drake asked as he sat, the tattoo artist being quiet.

"It is going over my bones, and it hurts when I breath. I'll be fine." Scarlet says, continuing to find ways to distract herself. She had gotten a tattoo before, but because she only wears skinny jeans, the name Zac on her leg couldn't be seen.

Drake reached his free hand out, so that Scarlet could grab it. "Squeeze. It'll help release the pain."

Scarlet rolled her eyes, and didn't take his hand. "I'm fine. I'm a tough cookie." Scarlet says, with a small smile.

Drake nodded, slightly laughing.

"Tough break bud." The Tattoo artist said, shrugging.

Leaving his bedroom door open, Artemis walked out, waving past him with a smile before turning forward and shifting his appearance, matching Colin within a few seconds. He walked to his office, slowly opening the door before looking in.

Scarlet's tattoo Artist raises an eyebrow at Scarlet. "What's up with you? So cold and distant, won't hold lover boy's hand... Shame." She says, causing Scarlet to laugh. "I'm not the kind of person who depends on others." She says, shaking her head.

"There you are Kris." Colin said without looking up, when he did he sighed. "God dammit. I'm seeing things now." He muttered, and went back to work.

"She's fine." Drake said to the artist. "She's perfect no matter how she acts." And he was speaking the truth.

Altering his voice into Kris', Artemis leaned against a wall. "Well, what've you been working on?" He asked, slowly changing his form to match his voice.

"Oh stop, you are going to make me blush." Scarlet says in a monotonous voice. "Again with the coldness, goodness." The woman says, shaking her head at Scarlet.

"What. I." Colin said, and looked up. "Paperwork." He muttered. "Paperwork, oh and Paperwork." He shook his head and let his head fall onto the desk. "For a second I thought you were, well me."

"Opposites attract." Drake said, laughing. "I'm sure she's a freak in the sheet's anyway." He grinned, joking of course.
