Day of Present Bore.

Kris stared at Noah, studying his expressions. She sighed, waving him off, "You are one strange person." She walked back to Artemis' room, muttering something under her breath.

"What was that all about?" Colin asked, sitting up. He groaned, little pieces of glass still sticking out. "Just so you know. I won." He said with a grin.

"Weird kid, et cetera. And that totally wasn't fair." She scoffed, rolling her eyes with a smile.

I look out my open door, staring at nothing one of my best skills to do at a time like this.

" Why not? You can fucking fly." Colin said, playfully rolling his eyes as he stood. "Artemis, this is Kris." He said, putting his arm around her and kissing the top of his head.

"Oh, err...Hi...?" He managed, watching the two.

Kris jabbed Colin in the stomach, pushing herself away, "And this is Colin, you can call him dumbass though, since he is one sometimes."

Colin held his side for a second and then poked Kris's cheek. "It's getting close to dinner time, how about you come join us." He asked Artemis, looking at Kris for 'approval' since that's what it's like in relationships. The guy be like 'ye join' yet the girl be like *Death stare activate*

Noah kicked open Maddies door, now without the illusion. His eyes glowed with hellfire. "Hello, I'm here to deep fry you." He summoned his pitchfork, and balefire poured out of it, hitting her bed.

I fall off of my bed, laughing. "Please I can see the future I saw that one coming!!" I say in-between laughs.

"Perhaps. But I'm also very unstable and unpredictable. It's partly due to my heritage." Noah locks her window and reinforces it with magic. Then he begins to light her entire room ablaze, leaving only a small circle around her.

(If you can see the future your death might not be the best thing to laugh at, especially considering he just attacked you.) Artemis laughed as he backed away, into his closet.

"Well ok.. Shoot.. Um.. Damn i got nothing.. Did I say something to you that might have set you off?" I ask, looking at him.

"Nah, just stopping a threat to my fathers kingdom. I'm going from the bottom up." Noah says shrugging. "Appearently you try to stop him from destroying all mutants.

"well I can't tell whether I should be sad.. Or mad..so I wont do both! I could just be your friend?.. Or is that to weird..?" I ask now trying to not go over the line of my safe barrier.

(Your room. Is on. Fire.)

Kris sighed, "Whatever." She said, leaving the room and heading downstairs.

(I know. But. I can buy stuff later.)

"Did I say something wrong?" Colin asked Artemis, his eyebrows raised. He darted out of the room and caught up to Kris. "What's wrong?"

"Listen, I'm a half-demon. I don't need friends, I need insurance. Mostly against exorcists and so called 'Superheroes'. You know what I mean? So, before I force the flames to invade your little circle, last words?" Noah asks, giving her a chance to say them before he fry's her.

"Ok um new deal. I do anything you want for my life?" I ask, raising my eyebrow.

(clearly we don't have very good fire alarms.

(Supernatural fire, no smoke.) "Nah, BURN!" He forces the fire into her circle, the flame crawling up her legs.

Artemis went back to his phone, the small screen illuminating a small area in the dark closet.

"Ok ouch.." I mumble. 'Its either sprint or die..' I think. 'Im going with sprint..' I think as I run out of the room my legs hurting with each step I take, finally getting out of the room I close the door behind me.
