Day of Present Bore.

Kris nodded, turning back to face the table in front of them. 'He was right, what WERE we going to do after this? We'll still be mutants but...' She thought.

Dante glanced around the lunchroom, seeing Maddie. She looked sad.

Slowly coming to his feet, Dante walked over and sat down at the table Maddie was at, forcing a smile. "Hi, Maddie."

Artemis let out a small laugh, free hand reaching to cover his mouth. "Good to know, this would be horribly awkward if it wasn't."

I noticed someone talking to me, I look up to see Dante. "Oh hi.. Care to sit?" I ask him

Dante nodded, taking a seat across from her.

"Are you alright?" He asked, "you looked sad from across the room."

Colin scoots his chair closer to Kris. "Want to skip third period like we used to back in Maui?" He joked, grinning the entire time.

"Well I guess I am, how are you?" I ask Dante looking at him.

"Hm, okay," She grins, "I'm sure that'll show good role-model actions to the other students." Kris laughs.

"Indeed." Adrian said as they entered the cafeteria, he grabbed a plate and then went to their table.

Dante shrugged, smirking. "This place is pretty crazy. I don't know." He sighed, taking a drink from his water bottle.

"I know right." Colin said, getting closer. He rubbed his nose with hers, as everyone around them went about their buisness.


Wolverine walked past, and winked at Colin before walking over to the teachers section.

"Yeah it is... So you can induce fear? That is pretty awesome.." I say, smiling a little

Kris glanced at Wolverine as he disappeared into the teachers' area. She burst out laughing, "What was that?! Was he hitting on you? If he was, he is going down." She laughed.

Dante grinned. "Thanks, still not as cool as Time Manipulation, though."

(wolverine is into gay kinky stuff, you heard it here first, folks)

Midnight finishes her lunch and goes to dump her trey. She walks over to Maddie and Dante's table. Her bag beat against her leg and her tail waved as she walked. She leaned against the table with her forearms. "Hiya." She grins.

"Oh yes, he sent me a love note in the middle of class." Colin joked as he kissed her forehead, then sat back in his seat. " We could go do 'stuff' in our room." Colin said, keeping a straight face. He looked at Kris, and then burst out laughing. " Stuff as in, play cards of course."

Dante gave her a sidelong glance. "Hi, Midnight."

I smile at him. "Well still it gives you a killer head ache.." I say laughing a little.
"Also hi uh Midnight? That is your name right?"

"Mhm," she nods. "Can I sit?" She asks.

Artemis sat across from Adrian. After setting his bag next to him, he began retying his boot's lacing.

Dante shrugged. "If it's alright with Maddie, go ahead."

I nod, letting her know she can. "The first day of school.. What a joy ride..." I say to them.

Dante grinned. "Many more to come. Cheers." He raised his bottle of water in a joking manner.

"Pretend I have a bottle!" I say, pretending to clink glasses with Dante
