ANXM #2 - The Mutant Massacre

"The hell?" Leia mumbles as her internet scrolling is interrupted. Her face flushes, though, when the girl appeared. "Guys!" She screams, throwing her laptop on the bed and running down the hall.

A working Tony, having moved into the mansion temporarily--for interior design research purposes--Has locked himself in his room, something of a motivator to get work done. Sitting at his generic wooden desk, he notices the countdown contrasting against the dark grey of Photoshop's pushed-aside window. Swapping his attention from his tablet's pen to his laptop's mousepad, he performed a quick hand gesture to scroll over to the countdown. Curiously inspecting it as it ticked down, he rolled the mouse around to look for some 'X' to close it off.

On a Saturday afternoon, all is peaceful and ordinary. However, when the clock striked twelve, the screens flickered.

LET'S PLAY A GAME

On the screens, throughout the entire plot of land, was an image of a tied-up girl. A girl no one was much familiar with, but still at student at the mansion. Her surroundings was a square, dirty room, red already staining the floors and walls. A string raised from her closed mouth, slowly moving upwards. A countdown from ten seconds began in the upper-right of the screens.

The new X-Men become the target of a new threat--A madman orchestrating the abductions and murders of X-Mansion residents!
