Powers and Abilities
Main Mutation: Tychokinesis - Chance can create a finite pocket of reality-disrupting quasi-psionic force, which upon reaching its intended target, causes disturbance at the molecular-level probability field surrounding the target. Thus, unlikely phenomena will occur. Among the many phenomena are: the sudden melting of gun barrels, the spontaneous combustion of any flammable object, the rapid rust or decay of various organic and inorganic materials, the poltergeist-like deflection of an object in flight, the sudden evacuation of air from a given volume the disruption of energy transmissions and fields, and so on.
Enhanced Agility - Chance can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort.
-Connected to emotions.
-Limited on how many times in a certain period it can be used.
-Requires exact measurements of probability.
-Other users of probability manipulation may be immune to probability manipulation or can simply reverse the effects.
-Limited to things that are possible i.e. the possibility of a given event must be above 0% to cause it and less than 100% to prevent it, and/or to manipulate a given event; can't make the impossible happen and can't prevent the absolute from happening (e.g. cannot make a world in which a given thing exists and does not exist in the same sense at the same time); can at most make the highly unlikely happen and/or prevent the highly likely from happening. In other words, this power is limited by causality, logic, reality, and truth.
-Effort/strength required is inversely proportional to the likelihood of the event happening (harder to make rarer things happen).
-Only capable affecting the past only if it is unknown (e.g. winning the lottery after having purchased a ticket only if no one knew what numbers were on the ticket, or opening a box and finding it full of gold coins only if no one knew what was supposed to be inside the box nor how much it weighed).

History: Growing up in a rich family, Chance was granted the gymnastic training he asked for at a young age, training until he was thirteen. Along with the gymnastic training, his father had him take self-defense classes, knowing his family to be a target due to their wealth. His father's expectation proved to be accurate, as after a heated argument with Chance, the family was assassinated. Chance's assumed his mutant abilities developed in the orphanage he was put into, as his luck increased dramatically. Eventually becoming bored with the pandering of the orphanage officials, he snuck out to live on his own. Bending odds to his advantage to get by, he was soon targeted by the same group that assassinated his family, which further extended his gymnastic and combat training. Looting the goons who would attack him, he eventually became a thief, wearing a haphazard costume of clothing he had kept around. Soon, he was contracted by an anonymous man, identity only known to Chance. He was given a specialized uniform and gear for his missions, and remains a valuable asset to the man who had hired him.
